HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4901 of 2016 ORDER :

Heard both sides at length.

Perused the material on record.

This Court feels it just to afford to the revision petitioner/plaintiff one more opportunity to deposit all the arrears on or before 06.01.2017 before the trial Court so as to restore her defence to participate in the proceedings on such deposit. Once the compliance is made, the lower court shall make every endeavour for early disposal of suit, preferably within four months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Needless to say, on such deposit, the defendant/respondent herein is entitled to withdraw the same. If no deposit is made, the impugned order of the Court below holds good. 4.

With the above observation, the revision is disposed of. 5.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
