THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.10755 of 2017 ORDER :

In this writ petition petitioners challenge regularization granted to some other employees, whereas they are not arrayed as respondents. It appears from the submissions made and the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition that the principal grievance of the petitioners is not granting regularization to petitioners, while regularizing the services of others, though such persons, according to the petitioners are juniors to them. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to file another writ petition with appropriate prayer and pleadings. 2.

Granting the said liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
