HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.14620 of 2016 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.257 of 2016 of Amangal Police Station, Mahabubnagar District. Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 19.11.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kadthal Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionarate, wherein it is stated that investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kalwakurthy, on 27.2.2019, vide C.C.No.328 of 2019. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
