No representation for the petitioner - accused.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on filing of Charge Sheet, the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Khammam, has taken cognizance of the case in C.C.No.630 of 2015 and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

3. Though, initially, stay was granted on 25.09.2014 and extended from to time, but on 03.12.2014, it was extended until further orders.

4. In view of the representation made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
