ORAL ORDER:

This Court disposed of writ petition No. 21322 of 2015 by order dated 13.7.2015 directing the second respondent in the writ petition to dispose of the pending representations of petitioner dated 9.7.2013 and 3.7.2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of said order. Learned standing counsel produced proceedings of the Deputy Commissioner, Circle XVI dated 1.3.2017 whereunder petitioner was informed that in response to the representations filed by him and directions of this Court request of the petitioner cannot be acceded to, since land to an extent of Ac.11 is not situated at one place and it is scattered and clear demarcation is necessary to take appropriate action and he was advised to get the land demarcated on the ground from the Revenue authorities. The decision communicated to the petitioner is in compliance of the directions issued by this Court. Having regard to the same, contempt case is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies available under law. No costs.
