HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4115 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondent Nos.1 to 8 and perused the prayer in the writ petition with the supporting affidavit and other material on record including the counter affidavit of the Deputy Commissioner of Police on behalf of respondents particularly of respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police. It is the sum and substance including of the supporting affidavit averments that the respondents supra at the instance of the unofficial respondents 9 to 11 are interfering in the civil disputes and threatening the petitioner to vacate the premises. The counter affidavit of the Deputy Commissioner of Police speaks that they registered the crime No.226/2017, which is also connected with the civil litigation covered by O.S.No.

1626 of 2017 and investigated the case and to file final report and so far as allegation of they are interfering with the civil disputes concerned, it is specifically stated in Para 9 of the counter affidavit that said allegation is false and they are not interfering with any civil disputes much less with the alleged property in question of the petitioner.

Having regard to the above and by recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
