THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.10250 0F 2022 ORDER:
The present application is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying this Court to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.l to 5 in FIR. No.154 of 2022 on the file of P.S.Kattangur.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are several litigations pending between the petitioners and the defacto complainant. For the said reason, false complaints have filed inspite of Civil Court and the High Court stating that the land belongs to these petitioners.
3. All the aspects can be agitated before the concerned Court. However, the police keeping in view that there are several civil disputes in between the parties, shall conclude the investigation without arresting these petitioners.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed off.
