HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24766 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the proceedings of the second respondent as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents placed before this Court a letter dated 12.08.2015 addressed by the Joint Collector & EOED, Mahabubnagar stating that the petitioner would be engaged with effect from 01.09.2015 for door delivery contract of LPG Cylinders of LPG Outlet, Shanthinagar. In view of the letter dated 12.08.2015, no further relief can be granted to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
