It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is covered by order dated 02-12-2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.9655 of 2016 and Batch. The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same, this writ petition is allowed in terms of order dated 02-12-2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.9655 of 2016 and Batch. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
