CVNR, J & MSKJ, J W.P.No.30626 of 2016 Dt: 20.12.2016 Order : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue an appropriate Writ, order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents No. 1 to 3 herein to produce the missing person Annapreddy Lachi Reddy S/o. Veera Reddy Aged 40 years, R/o. Konanki Village, Piduguralla Mandal, Guntur District, presently residing at Phase -II, Near Ganesh Temple Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad District, before this Hon'ble Court."

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the alleged detenu was released from custody.

In view of the same, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
