Vide present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction, thereby releasing the petitioners/ A.2 & A.6 on bail pending investigation/ enquiry and trial in Cr.No.29 of 2016 of Mothugudem PS, East Godawari District, registered for the offences under Section 8(c) of N.D.P.S.Act. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.2 & A.6, seeks permission of the court to withdraw the criminal petition, with a liberty to file fresh application at an appropriate stage. Permission granted with liberty as prayed.
