ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, declaring the action of the Respondents for not restoring the power to the premises bearing municipal No.3-5-55 (renumbered as 3-5-55/1) having SC No.G2000655 Ac No.030502 which is standing on the name of respondent No.4"
At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as the electricity to the petitioner's premises has been restored, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
