Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh). 2.
With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not dealing with the regularization application No.LRUBGL011700018962, dated 18.12.2017, made by the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the said application came to be made in the month of December, 2017, till date, no orders are passed.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P.) would submit that if some time is given, the respondent-authorities shall pass orders, in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to dispose of the application made by the petitioner, through online, seeking regularization of property bearing Municipal No.4-88-24/ 1, admeasuring 388 square yards, situated at Kothibomma Center, Tadepalligudem village and
mandal, West Godavari District, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. It is needless to mention that if the petitioner is in possession, status-quo as on today to be maintained, till the disposal of the said application.
