ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 22.01.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16961 of 2001.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court on 22.01.2016 and proceedings dated 27.9.2018 have been issued to that effect.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
