THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI M.A.C.M.A.No.994 of 2005 JUDGMENT:

Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent Insurance Company has placed on record the judgment dated 12.10.2012 delivered by this Court in M.A.C.M.A.No.638 of 2005. By virtue of the said judgment, the learned single Judge of this Court dismissed the said appeal. In fact, the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal passed a common award in O.P.Nos.797 and 998 of 2002, dismissing the claims. As against O.P.No.998 of 2002, the above referred M.A.C.M.A.No.638 of 2005 was filed. As mentioned supra, the said appeal ended in dismissal. In view of the above judgment and for the reasons recorded therein, this Appeal also stands dismissed in terms thereof. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
