Heard the learned counsel for petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 4, the learned Government Pleader for Fisheries for respondent No.5 and the Government Pleader for Irrigation for respondent No.6.
2. This Writ Petition was filed challenging the inaction of respondents 2 to 6 in not taking action on the prawn culture activity undertaken by respondents 7 and 8 in respect of the land in survey Nos.147-3A, 148, 139/1 and 146 of Dirusumarru Village, Bhimavaram Mandal, West Godavari District.
3. The petitioner states that he is a neighbouring land owner and on 03.04.2005, he made a complaint to respondents 2 to 5 stating that respondents 7 and 8 have damaged the bodhis and bodhi bunds and stopped the flow of water from the canal and also converted the lands for prawn culture under the guise of the provisional registration. The petitioner further states that at the time of issuing the final registration, the objections of the neighbouring owners have to be taken into consideration.

In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 to 5 to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.04.2015 at the time of issuing the final registration in favour of respondents 7 and 8 and dispose of the same in accordance with law. It is needless to observe that if respondents 2 to 5 propose to take any action adverse to the interest of respondents 7 and 8, they should be put on notice.
5. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
