ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the proceedings, vide Rc.No.34/2011(A), dated 18.4.2011, of respondent No.1, whereunder the petitioner's fair price shop authorisation has been suspended, as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, Mr.Srininvas Basava, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not
survive for adjudication.
In view of the above submission of the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
