Heard Mr Nazir Ahmed Khan, counsel for petitioner and Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

The petitioners complain interference in personal liberty and civil dispute by respondents 3 and 4. The Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that Crime No.229 of 2017 is registered against the brother of petitioners and the police are investigating the said crime. He denies the interference either into civil dispute or personal liberty of petitioners.

The statement is placed on record and writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
