THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE G. ANUPAMA CHAKRAVARTHY CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.2580, 2581, 2582 and 2583 of 2014 COMMON ORDER :
These criminal petitions are filed seeking to quash the orders passed against the petitioners herein, in C.C Nos.4,5,6 and 7 of 2013 on the file of XII Special Magistrate, Erramanzil for the offences punishable under Sections 219, 220, 262 and 263 of Cr.P.C r/w Section 143 of Negotiable Instruments Act. 2.
When these matters are taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. It is reported by the learned counsel for the respondents that the present criminal petitions have become infructuous, since C.C No.3 of 2013 connected to the present calendar cases, has been disposed of on 18.01.2021 itself and nothing survives for adjudication.

Therefore, these criminal petitions are dismissed as infructuous, however, the trial Court is directed to dispose of C.C Nos.4, 5, 6 and 7 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
