THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 30333 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Sri K.Venumadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (T). With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ declaring the action of the second respondent in not passing appropriate orders in the representation dated 11.06.2018, made by the petitioner, for rectification of the entries made in the pass books. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though Form 1B refers to various survey numbers, but the pattadar pass books issued refers only to three survey numbers. According to him, mistake might have crept in while issuing the pattadar pass books and title books, for which a representation was made. Hence, he pleads that the said representation may be considered at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that the authorities would definitely consider the representation made, by taking into consideration the objections received, if any, in accordance with law, as early as possible.

Having regard to the submissions made and without going into merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent - Tahsildar, Dharmapuri Mandal,

Jagtial District, to consider the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six to eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
