Heard.

It is the submission by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent/de facto complainant in the course of reply arguments that by the time quash petition filed, police already filed charge sheet and subsequently it is numbered, though could not furnish number either by the 2nd respondent/State, represented by Public Prosecutor or the 1st respondent/complainant.

Having regard to the above, without prejudice to the contest of the petitioner, the criminal petition is closed by giving liberty to impugn the said charge sheet and any cognizance taken by the learned Magistrate with reference to any Part-II Case Diary.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
