Petitioner was given notice under Rule 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Rules, 2007, alleging that she is alienee of assigned land in survey Nos.128-3B2, 128-3B2 and 128-3B4, admeasuring Ac.5-46 cents in Regupalem Village of Yellamanchili Mandal, Visakhapatnam District. Denying the said allegation, petitioner stated to have filed a detailed reply on 15.07.2015 claiming that the aforesaid land is neither a government land nor an assigned land, it belongs to her vendor. No orders are passed by the 3rd respondent in pursuance of the reply given by the petitioner so far. Petitioner apprehends dispossession from her property at the instance of officials even before the 3rd respondent takes appropriate decision on the reply given by the petitioner.

In view of above, as the petitioner had already submitted objections to the notice on 15.07.2015, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the said objections and pass a reasoned order. Pending consideration of petitioner's reply as above, the 3rd respondent shall not dispossess or otherwise interfere with the possession of the petitioner.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
