Petitioner, who is A4 in Cr.No.47 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Lingal Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 468 and 471 IPC, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded. 3.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
