The petitioners have filed this Criminal petition seeking quashing o[ the proceedings in C.C.No.l275 of 2022 on rhe file of the I Additionat Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Wanaparthy.

The leamed counsel for the petitioners at the time of hearing submitted that the petitioners are seeking early disposal of C.C.No. 1275 of 2022 by the trial Court.

[n view of the fact that C.C.No.l275 of 2022 has been taken cognizance of based on the FIR registered in the year 2017, this Court is inclined to direct the trial Court to conclude the proceedings in C.C.No. 1275 of 2022 expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the appearance o[ the petitioners is dispensed with till their appearance is required for any specific purpose.
