In view of the Letter dated 19.02.2016 submitted by Sri Naresh Byrapaneni, learned counsel for appellant to the Registrar(Judicial) stating that the appellant/Insurance Company intends to withdraw the appeal, and hence the M.A.C.M.A may be dismissed as withdrawn, this M.A.C.M.A is dismissed as withdrawn without costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this case, shall stand closed.
