HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION No. 148 of 2014 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Sri R. Mahanti, learned counsel for the petitioners, prays for withdrawal of the public interest litigation with liberty to file appropriate proceedings on behalf of the petitioners and the other aggrieved persons.

Public interest litigation is disposed of as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioners and/or any other aggrieved persons to file appropriate proceedings for redressal of their grievance and if any such proceedings are filed, we hope and trust that the concerned forum shall consider the same on merits in accordance with law.
