ORDER

Challenging the inaction of respondent No.3 in registering the complaint dated 07.03.2017 given by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Home produced the written instructions received from the 3rd respondent, wherein it is stated as under:

"It is submitted that petitioner has not filed the complaint dt.7.3.2017 in person before the 3rd respondent, but sent the same through registered post on 9.3.2017. On receipt of the same on 11.09.2017, the same was examined and a case in Cr.No.81/2017, dt.13.03.2017, u/s.420, 506 IPC was registered against one D.Rama Krishna Reddy, the brother of the petitioner herein. Further, the statement of the petitioner-complainant was recorded u/s.161 Cr.P.C. on 14.3.2017. Further investigation is in progress." In view of the aforesaid averments, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
