THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI Criminal Petition No.9026 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.2 seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No.166 of 2018 of Miryalaguda Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307 and 506 read with 34 IPC.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that after due investigation into the crime, Police have filed charge sheet and the same was numbered as S.C.No.89 of 2019 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Nalgonda.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
