HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Criminal Petition No.8995 OF 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner is A5 in Crime No.82 of 2018 on the file of Dowleswaram Police Station, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District. The crime is registered on 04.06.2018 for the offences punishable under Section 420 r/w 34 IPC. The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail. She is unmarried and a Government teacher. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Special Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State of Andhra Pradesh in opposing the same and perused the F.I.R, the bail application averments and the remand report of A1 to A3.

The petitioner along with A4 (brother of petitioner) in fact moved for anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.No.1091 of 2018 that was ended in dismissal by order dated 16.08.2018 passed by the learned I Additional District & Sessions Judge, East Godavari at Rajamahendravaram. Leave about prior to that also the petitioner went unsuccessful along with her brother-Satyanarayana in Crl.M.P.No.993 of 2018 by dismissal order dated 01.08.2018 passed by the learned I Additional District & Sessions Judge, East Godavari at Rajamahendravaram.

A perusal of the remand report of A1 to A3 contains serious allegations including against the petitioner, who is also privy along with her brothers and sister A2 to A4.
