HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16235 of 2016 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition to the extent that " two sureties shall furnish Fixed Deposit of Rs.1,00,000/ - (Rupees One Lakh Only) each" imposed in the order dated 02.11.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 3602 of 2016 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam insofar as the 2nd petitioner-A4 is concerned, is hereby relaxed. All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered.

Insofar as the 1st petitioner - A1 is concerned, I do not see any ground to interfere with the order dated 31.10.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 3443 of 2016 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam. Hence, the petition against the 1st petitioner - A1 is dismissed.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is partly allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
