HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10095 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition, under sections 437 & 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is filed by the petitioner-Accused seeking to grant bail in connection with crime No.170 of 2015 on the file of Thirumalayapalem Police Station, Khammam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366 and 376 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegations against the petitioner is that he is the Head Master of the School, in which the victim was studied X class and after completion of her X class, he joined her in Polytechnic Course in Hyderabad and thereafter, he used to come to Hyderabad and take her to different lodges and had sexual intercourse with her and also threatened her not to reveal the same to anyone. In view of the seriousness of the allegations against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
