HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.6048 of 2014 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that though he filed a petition seeking quashment of proceedings, he is not insisting for the same but in view of the fact that petitioners/A1 and A2 are residing in Madhya Pradesh and A3 and A4 are residing in Guntur District and their appearance before the trial Court causes any amount of hardship to them, their appearance before the trial may be dispensed with.

Learned counsel for 2nd respondent reported no objection. In these circumstances, the appearance of petitioners/A1 to A4 in C.C.No.346 of 2013 on the file of AJFCM, Giddaluru is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires their presence.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
