Aggrieved by the action of respondents in not completing the investigation and filing report in Cr.No.13 of 2018, dated 19-01-2018, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that six witnesses were examined and the respondents will complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police to complete the investigation and file appropriate report in tune with spirit under Section 173 (1) Cr.P.C.
