WRIT PETITION Nos.5639 of 2010 and 39716 of 2012 COMMON ORDER:
The petitioners in both these Writ Petitions are common and they have filed these Writ Petitions feeling aggrieved by the action of respondent No.3 in demanding higher tuition fees for MBBS Course. At the hearing, Sri V.Jagapathi, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in pursuance of the interim orders passed by this Court, the petitioners have completed their course and that therefore, the cause in the Writ Petitions does not survive for adjudication.
Having regard to the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petitions are disposed of as infructuous. As a sequel to disposal of Writ Petition, WPMP.Nos.7256 of 2010 and 50448 of 2013 filed by the petitioners for interim reliefs are disposed of.
