The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo into the Court on 19.12.2017 along with covering letter dated 14.12.2017 addressed by the petitioner herein to the Registrar (Judicial), seeking permission to withdraw the contempt case.

Permission is accorded. The contempt case is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
