This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.312 of 2015 of Chandrayangutta Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 379 and 420 IPC. Heard Sri M.A.Mujeeb, learned counsel for petitioner/A2. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, represented that both the parties settled the matter before Lok Adalat and hence, the cause in this petition does not survive for consideration and hence, the present Petition to quash the Proceedings has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition, which is filed for quashment of the proceedings, is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
