THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE N. BALAYOGI WRI T PETI TI ON No.28831 of 2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri A. Ravinder, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that pursuant to the interim direction granted by this Court on 27.08.2016 in this writ petition requiring the respondent authorities to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2016 and take appropriate action thereon in accordance with law, speaking orders dated 15.11.2016 were issued by the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Telangana, rejecting the request of the petitioner for review of the seniority list and for awarding him notional promotion in the cadre of Statistical Officer on par with his junior, M.A. Basith, Statistical Officer.

In the light of this development, the cause in this writ petition no longer survives for independent adjudication. The speaking orders dated 15.11.2016 issued by the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Telangana, give rise to a fresh cause of action and it is for the petitioner to seek redressal thereof in accordance with law before the appropriate forum, if aggrieved thereby. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, the Writ Petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
