HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT C.R.P.No.4985 OF 2018 ORDER: (oral) After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, I am not inclined to interfere with the order dated 03.08.2018 passed in I.A NO.855 of 2018 in A.S.No.6 of 2015 by the Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Guntur District.

2. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.

3. However, in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, I hereby direct the trial Court that while adjudicating the appeal filed by the petitioners herein, the Advocate Commissioner's report dated 19.08.2014 shall be examined and the appeal will be decided on merits.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
