THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.VI NOD KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON No.8740 of 2013 ORDER:

In this writ petition, the petitioner sought a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to obtain an undertaking in writing from respondent 4 authorizing respondents 1 and 2 to deduct half pay of increased salary every month for payment to the petitioner, in terms of the Award passed by the District Legal Services Authority, Ranga Reddy District, in PLC.No.163 of 2006, dated 20.11.2006.

By order, dated 25.04.2013, this Court recorded that the parties have approached the District Legal Services Authority, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, and settled the matter as pre-litigation Case No.163 of 2006. The terms of the compromise have been reduced into writing and their compromise was recorded by the Members of the Lod Adalat on 20.11.2006 and accordingly, directed the respondents to file the salary particulars drawn by the respondent 4.

There was no representation for the petitioners or their learned counsel when this matter was taken up for hearing on 18.11.2019, 25.11.2019 and 02.12.2019. It was accordingly directed to be posted 'For Dismissal' on 09.12.2019.

Today, though the matter appears under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation, yet again, for the petitioners or their learned counsel when the matter is taken up for hearing.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent 4 submits that pursuant to the interim order, dated 25.04.2013, passed in W.P.M.P.No.10907 of 2013, respondent 4 had complied with the terms of compromise and nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. 6.

Recording the said submission made on behalf of respondent 4, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
