THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No. 5041 of 2016 ORDER:- This writ petition is, in fact, a suit for eviction of the tenant. It appears petitioner let out the premises to the fifth respondent-Post Office for housing. On the ground that they are not vacating the premises, the present writ petition is filed.

It is well settled that the relief of this nature must be sought before a competent civil Court and not under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
