As there was no representation on 04.01.2016 for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned beyond Sankranthi Vacation, 2016. On 18.01.2016 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning session or in the afternoon session as such the matter was directed to be listed on 19.01.2016 under the caption "For dismissal".

Even today, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf either in the morning session or in the afternoon session. However, learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare was present on all occasions. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
