O R D E R

Alleging that 1st respondent - Secunderabad Cantonment Board, is contemplating to initiate action against the construction of the petitioner in the subject property, without following due process of law, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri K.R.Koteshwara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submit that the present writ petition is premature and that if any action is sought to be taken against the subject property, due procedure under law will be followed. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent not to take any coercive action in respect of subject property, without following due process of law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
