This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.537 of 2015 on the file of Station House Officer, P.S. Dundigal, R.R. District, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A and 307 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of D.P. Act. Heard Sri C.V.L. Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for petitioner. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed charge sheet on 31.12.2015 and it was taken cognizance by the learned VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal, Ranagareddy District and numbered as PRC No.74 of 2015, and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in Crime No.537 of 2015, has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

It is seen that during pendency of this Petition, no stay was granted by this Court.

In view of the submission of both the counsel, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
