This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondent herein in not paying the compensation to the petitioners properties bearing door Nos.26-118, 26-119 and 26-120, bearing D.No.27-2-16, Block No.27 and bearing D.No.14-147 situated at main Road, Parvathipuram which was acquired by the respondent for purpose of road widening as illegal and arbitrary.
