This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to direct respondents Nos.1 to 3 to act upon his representation made on 18.6.2016 against the unauthorized constructions made by the 4th respondent. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

When this matter has come up for hearing, Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the official respondents, submitted that the official respondents will consider the representation made by the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law against the unauthorized constructions, if any made by the 4th respondent. 4.

In view of the above submission, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: "Respondents Nos.1 to 3 are directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 18.6.2016, and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, against the unauthorized constructions, if made by the 4th respondent as alleged, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
