Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 2nd respondent has concluded 6-A proceedings and also passed the order dated 23.06.2016 confiscating the seized stocks. In that view of the matter, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

Therefore, the writ petition closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
