Aggrieved by inaction of respondent No.3 in taking action against respondents 4 and 5 pursuant to the complaint dated 13-08-2018 made by the petitioner addressing to the Station House Officer, Police Station, Sherlingampally, Ranga Reddy District, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that there is no police station by name Sherlingampally and concerned jurisdiction comes under Chandanagar police station.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to give appropriate complaint before the concerned police station and on such complaint, the respondent-police shall take appropriate action on the same.
