THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10064 of 2012 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TS) for respondents.

2. This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondents 2 and 3 in withholding document No.2101/1990 in spite of the loan availed by the husband of the petitioner which can be adjusted from the terminal benefits payable to him.

Though the relief is sought against respondents 2 and 3, the document was alleged to have been kept with respondent No.3 which is a thrift society.

The writ petition against respondent No.3 is not maintainable.

4. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed, however, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies under law against respondent No.3. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
