Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Sri Seshadri Gorella, appearing for the 3rd respondent.

It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the common order dated 14.07.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.7172 of 2012 and batch and a copy of the same is also placed on record.

Following the said common order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also dismissed in terms thereof.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
