Sri P. Keshav Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation submits that the Application of the petitioners seeking revision of the building permission has been rejected.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners Sri A. Abhishek Reddy seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to challenge the order of rejection passed by the Corporation.

Preserving the said liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
